摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业要想求得生存与发展,必须强化自身的质量
管理,使自己的产品或服务让顾客满意,并通过优质的产品或服务,提升企业的
核心竞争力,赢得顾客、占领市场。这对企业质量管理结构和质量管理体系运行
效率提出了越来越高的要求。
红宇公司是中国电光源、电真空金属材料专业化生产厂家,在1998年通过了
ISO9000质量体系认证,建立了比较完善的质量管理系统,但是在质量管理系统运
行中也出现了因公司质量文化氛围不足,没有进行广泛的质量管理教育,造成员
工质量意识较差,不重视产品质量,不合格产品频繁出现;对供方没有有效的控
制手段;企业内部信息传递不通畅等问题。这些问题既影响了企业产品质量的提
高,也不利于企业实施通过优质产品赢得顾客,占领市场的战略。
本文按照“发现问题——分析问题——解决问题”的思路,对该公司的质量
控制和质量管理体系进行了分析和研究,提出红宇公司质量管理方面存在的问题,
然后对这些问题进行深入的分析,最后,在分析的基础上,提出了改进的方案。
以期能指导红宇公司质量管理的实际,也为类似企业的质量管理系统改进提供借
鉴。

With the increasingly strong petition,the enterprises must strengthen
their quality management and satisfy their customers with high quality products or
services to gain survival and development. By provisioning high-quality products or
services, they can enhance their petitiveness ability and win the customers and
markets. This requires continuing improving quality management structure and
operating efficiency of the quality management system.
HongYu is a specialized producer for electric light power and electric vacuum
metal material in China. It has passed the ISO9000 quality system certification in 1998.
It has already set up a plete quality management system. However in
applying its quality management system, there have still appeared many unexpected
problems. Because this enterprise is short of quality management cultural atmosphere
and lacks widely quality management education activities, most of the employees have
a poor sense of quality management. They do not attach very importance to product
quality. So substandard products appear frequently. For the material supplier, there is no
effective controlling strategy. The information transmission path in pany is not
very smooth. Except these, there are still many other problems. These problems do not
only affect the quality improvement of its products, also harm the enterprise's strategy to
win custo
