摘要
随着计算机技术的各个领域的不断发展和普及,它的作用越来越广泛的被人们所了解与利用。网络的出现和广泛普及,致使人们对许多领域中现存的应用大为不满,迫切需要新技术对该领域的提高。随着智能化物业的发展、普及和网络技术的快速提升,计算机技术、网络技术将在未来的几年内更广泛和深入地运用于物业管理行业,并和社区的智能化系统实现真正的无缝连接,完全做到集约化管理。小区物业管理系统是典型的管理信息系统,其开发主要包括数据库的设计和应用程序对数据库的调用。经过实际的需求分析,结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法,设计开发了小区物业管理系统。应用程序设计、数据库管理系统进行了较深入的学习和应用完成对小区物业管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析。系统主要有公告管理、房产管理、住户管理、停车场管理、收费管理、住户报修、住户投诉这几大模块。从操作简便、界面美观、灵活实用的要求出发,设计开发的系统涵盖了小区物业管理的主要方面,基本能满足小区物业管理过程中的工作需要。

ABSTRACT
Along with puter technology of the various areas of the constant
development and popularization, the role of the more and more extensive by people understand and use. Especially in recent years, the emergence of the work and popularization, cause people to many in the field of the existing application collar, urgently needed new technology in the field are improved.
