我国上市公司企业社会责任信息披露及其影响因素研究

摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,企业在实现自身发展并获取收益的同时,承担相
应的社会责任,已经成为中国企业群体的共识。上市公司作为国民经济运行中的
中坚力量,理应在关注自身经济效益、保护股东利益的同时,积极承担社会责任,
在促进社会可持续发展方面发挥表率作用。在企业社会责任研究领域,最重要的
是企业社会责任信息披露问题的研究,而我国对于这方面的研究尚处理论探讨阶
段,因此,本文对这一课题进行研究具有一定的现实意义。
本文首先介绍了论文的选题意义和背景,综述国内外关于企业社会责任信息
披露的研究成果,介绍了企业社会责任理论以及信息披露需求的共同动因。其次,
选取上海证券交易所 A 股市场上的上市公司作为研究对象,分析了我国目前企
业社会责任信息披露的情况,以及存在的主要问题;接着,选取 236 家强制性披
露社会责任报告的上市公司,通过实证方法研究影响我国企业社会责任信息披露
的因素;最后,通过研究分析,结果表明:公司资产规模、国有股比例与企业社
会责任信息披露显著正相关;而公司前一年的净资产收益率、所属行业对企业社
会责任信息披露无显著影响。
我国上市公司在企业社会责任信息披露方面取得了很大的进步,但其中仍存
在很多深层问题有待改进。为促进上市公司实施更多的社会责任活动,提高社会
责任信息披露质量,实现企业的可持续发展,我们还要在加强社会责任立法工作、
证券交易所的推动作用、发挥地方政府的积极作用方面做出更大的努力。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the society and the economy, while
companies in achieving their own development and to obtain benefits,
undertaking the corresponding social responsibility has e the recognition of
China enterprises group. As the backbone of the operation of the national
economy, panies should pay attention to their economic efficiency,
protect the interests of shareholders. Meanwhile, they should positively undertake
social responsibility and play a leading role in social sustainable development. In
the field of corporate social responsibility research, the most important thing is
the issue of corporate social responsibility information disclosure research. But
our research on this area is still in the stage of theory discussion. Therefore, the
study of this topic has certain practical significance.
