近年物流仓库在各地不断涌现。此类仓库体积大、高度高、货架连续长度长、堆放货物种类不固定,可能出现不同火灾危险性的物品或不同灭火方式的物品置于同一建筑物内的情况,火灾危险性很大;同时物流仓库的承重结构多为钢结构,发生火灾后极易发生坍塌,从而造成次生灾害。因此一旦发生火灾,将会造成巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡,灭火救援的难度及风险远超出一般物资仓库。
本课题通过分析近年国内外发生的影响较大的物流仓库火灾案例,总结出一般物流仓库在管理制度和库房设计等方面的火灾危险性,并针对消防部队在此类火灾扑救过程中遇到的冷却、排烟、疏散等问题,提出了在物流仓库火灾的扑救过程中,必须全方位持续监测库房承重钢梁的变化情况;应采取冷却先于灭火的战术;火场排烟应根据火势发展情况而定:当火势猛烈时,不可贸然破拆处于上风方向的仓库门窗等科学有效的灭火救援对策,以减少财产损失和人员伤亡,为消防部队此类火灾的处置提供一定理论支持。

Abstract
  In recent years, logistic warehouses are emerging everywhere constantly. These warehouses have large size, high height,long continuous lengths shelves, unfixed types of goods. There may have the situation that different fire hazard goods or different fire-fighting methods goods have been put in the same building, which have high fire hazard. At the same time, logistic warehouses are mostly steel structure so they collapsed easily on fire and may result in secondary disaster. So in the event of a fire, it will cause huge property losses and human casualties. The difficulties and risks of fire fighting and rescuing is far beyond the ordinary materials warehouse.
. This paper have analysed recent logistic warehouses fire cases occurred domestic and international, and have smmarized fire hazard at management system and warehouse designment and other aspects of general logistic warehouses. Aiming at the problems that fire fighting forces would encountered during cooling, exhaust, evacuation and other issues. It has also proposed some scientific and effective fire fighting and rescuing Strategies. That is: We must prehensive and continuously monitor on the changes of warehouses’ load bearing steel beams during the logistic warehouses fire. Cooling tactics should be taken before the fire-fighting . Fire exhaust should based on the development of the fire. When the fire is serious, we should not hastily ripper the doors and windows at the upwind direction .etc. To reduce property losses and human casualties, and provide a theoretical s
