摘要
随着科技的发展,无论在日常生活中,还是在工农业发展中,PLC具有广泛的应用。PLC的一般特点:抗干扰能力强,可靠性极高、编程简单方便、使用方便、维护方便、设计、施工、调试周期短、易于实现机电一体化。PLC总的发展趋势是:高功能、高速度、高集成度、大容量、小体积、低成本、通信组网能力强。
本文详细讨论舞台灯光摇头(云台)的姿态控制,利用2路步进电机与PLC结合,利用BCD码盘参数,选择工作状态和组合方式,改变步进电机速度和方向,对灯头任意旋转,达到灯光投射方向的变幻目的。本文详细介绍了该控制系统的工作原理,描述了系统的硬件组成,对硬件的选型做出了较详细的说明。结合PLC的工作特点,对控制系统的工作流程进行了合理的规划,并且根据系统流程编写的梯形图程序。把PLC应用到舞台灯姿态控制的设计中能够充分发挥PLC的可靠性和抗干扰性。使舞台灯在稳定性、经济性以及维护性上都得到了很大的提升。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology, both in daily life, or in the development of industry and agriculture, PLC has a wide application. The general features of PLC: strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, simple programming and convenient, easy to use, easy maintenance, design, construction, commissioning period is short, easy to realize mechatronics. PLC is the general development trend: high function, high speed, high integration, high capacity, small volume, low cost, strong ability work.
This paper discussed in detail the stage lighting head (PTZ) attitude control, using 2 step bined with PLC, using the BCD encoder parameters, selection of work state and bination mode, change the stepper motor speed and direction of rotation of the cap, arbitrary, changeable and to reach the purpose of the projection direction of the light. This paper introduces the working principle of the control system, the hardware of the system consists of the description, selection of hardware make a detailed explanation. Combined with the characteristics of PLC, the reasonable planning of the work process of the control system, and according to the program of ladder diagram system process preparation. The application of PLC to the design stage lights attitude control can give full play to the reliability and anti-jamming of PLC. The stage lights have been greatly improved in the stability, economy and maintenance.
