年产375吨头孢曲松钠生产车间工艺设计
摘要:
本次设计是在石家庄京兆化工有限公司实习的基础上完成的。本设计的主要任务是完成年产量为375吨的头孢曲松钠的生产车间工艺设计。根据京兆化工头孢曲松钠车间的生产工艺,通过查阅相关文献,参考其他生产工艺,结合实际的情况及毕业设计要求设计了头孢曲松钠生产车间的布局。本设计对头孢曲松钠的多种合成途径进行了研究,在实际生产中,以7-ACA和三嗪环为原料,经过反应、结晶、离心、粉碎、干燥得到头孢曲松钠药物中间体7-ACT,然后使7-ACT与AE-活性酯经过反应、成盐、结晶、离心、干燥得到头孢曲松钠粗品。根据流程进行物料、能量衡算,设备选型,管道配置等,并根据所选设备绘出带控制点的工艺流程图,车间平、立面布置图,设备图,以及第一步的配管图。

Title Workshop Process Design for Ceftriaxone Sodium Production 375 t/a
Abstract
This design is plished based on the internship in JingZhao pany Ltd in main task in this design is plete the workshop process design for ceftriaxone sodium production 375 t/ ceftriaxone sodium production workshop layout was designed according to the production technology in ceftriaxone sodium workshop of JingZhao pany Ltd,through access to related articles, reference to other production technology, combination the actual situation with the graduation design requirement. A variety of ceftriaxone sodium synthesis methods are investigated in the design. In actual production,medical intermediates of ceftriaxone sodium ,7 - ACT,are prepared through reacting, crystallizing, centrifuging, crushing and drying with 7 - ACA and TTZ as raw material,then crude ceftriaxone sodium was got by reacting with 7 - ACT 7 and AE, salifying, crystallizing, centrifuging and drying. Draw process flow chart with control points ,workshop flat elevation layout, equipment figure, and pipe work diagram in the first step on the basis of selected equipment after materials and energy calculation, equipment selection, piping configure and so on according to the technological process.
