摘要
这次毕业设计的题目是松藻煤电有限责任公司打通一煤矿(1200kt/a)的初步设计。该处的井田内地质构造比较简单,是一个高瓦斯矿井,它的煤尘具有爆炸性,并且煤层为不易自燃类;此矿井可采煤层为三层,由浅到深分别为M6-3、M7-2、M8,,,,煤层倾角3°~12°,平均倾角10°,均为近水平煤层。
本次设计是在松藻煤电有限责任公司打通一煤矿实习一周后,在其基础上,以打通一矿总体开发方案为根本,结合煤矿地质条件、煤层赋存条件和目前生产设备等条件,再遵循国家规程等设计文件规定,对本矿井进行初步设计。本设计中,矿井开拓方式为主、副斜井—副立井综合开拓,通风方式采用的是混合式通风。对设计煤层M7-2选用倾斜长壁式仰斜采煤法,煤层开采采用综合机械化采煤工艺,采煤工作面实行“三八”作业制,采用“两采一准”的作业方式。
通过对经济技术进行比较过后,其设计的开拓方案、采煤方法及相关机械设备均能满足矿井1200kt/a生产能力的开采要求。

ABSTRACT
The thesis of this graduation design is “The Preliminary Design of Datong Mine(1200kt/a),Songzao Coal and Electric .”and its geologic structure is simple. And it is a high-gas coal mine,the coal is explosive, its bustion of coal seam is not easy coal mine which is designed have three shallow to deep,the burying depth is M6-3 coal seam, M7-2 coal seam and M8 coal seam,their average thickness is , and ,their angle of dip is 3o~12o,the average is 10o . They are all horizontal seams.
After practicing in Datong Mine,Songzao Coal and Electric Co.,Ltd.. On this basis,according to the field experiments, the geologicl conditions, occurrence conditions of coal seams and the existing production equipment technical conditions, following the national regulations,summary all above to design the mine. In the design, the coal mine whose explore way is opened by bined development method with inclined shaft-shaft. The ventilation mode of the coal mine is mixed,the method of mining to the rise in the inclined longwall mining is used in the design coal of M7-2, and the all mechanized mining technique is used in this design. The coal faces implement the “three eight
