摘要:充泥管袋筑堤的施工速度主要受制于管袋充填后的排水固结效率,后者与所充填土料的级配有关,土颗粒粒径越小排水固结效率越低。我国东南沿海地区广泛分布的小粒径充进管袋后淤堵严重,传统的管袋充填施工工艺已经不再适用。通过室内试验对比,发现细颗粒含量较高的土料充填后会在管袋表层形成软弱泥层,难以固结;而在管袋表层开设排泥口后可以有效排除管袋表层的细颗粒泥浆,提高了排水的效率。通过吊袋沉淀试验发现,不同级配的土料沉淀后粒径较大的土颗粒大部分于吊袋底部,粒径较小的细颗位于吊袋表层;管袋表层开设排水口不会造成粗颗粒土料的损失。
