摘要:笔者在多年的消防监督工作和消防设计审核工作实践中发现,多数已建成投入使用的高层建筑的消防扑救
面和举高消防车登高作业场地都不同程度地存在问题,致使火灾时灭火救援人员无法利用现有的举高消防车靠近
主体建筑实施灭火、救援行动。通过深入分析产生这些问题的原因,结合新建设工程消防监督管理制度的要求,
就如何加强国家工程消防技术标准对消防扑救面和登高作业场地的要求提出了合理化的建议,为从建设工程消防
设计的源头上对消防扑救面和登高作业场地进行把关提供依据。

Abstract: The author in the years of fire and fire safety design of the supervision work in practice audit
found that the majority have pleted and put into use in high-rise building fire fighting plane
and give a high fire engines have high operating venue problems to varying degrees, resulting in
