【】目的:对腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗子宫癌临床效果进行研宄比较。
方法:把50例子宫癌患者分成研究组和对照组,每组患者25例,研究组行腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术,对两组患者的术后临床疗效分析对比。结果:研宄组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间相比对照组更低(P<); %%明显更低,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗子宫癌临床效果更好,值得推广。

[Abstract] pare the clinical effects between laparoscopic and
open surgery for uterine cancer. MethodsDivide 50 cases of uterine cancer patients

the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed pared. ResultsStudy

was significantly lower than % in the control group, the data was statistically significant differences (P &lt;). ConclusionLaparoscopic treatment of uterine
cancer is better, worthy of promotion.
