摘要
尾矿是选矿厂选别矿石后产生的大量脉石废渣,通常以尾矿浆的形式排出。目前所有矿山对尾矿的主要处理方式是就近修建尾矿库,将其堆存起来。这样不仅占用大量土地,而且有很大的安全隐患。人们对天然砂石的过度开采,严重破坏了自然环境,并且还影响到了建筑业的可持续发展。为解决铁尾矿的堆存和天然砂的短缺这一对矛盾,同时为了解决铁尾矿砂本身保水性差,泌水量大的问题,本研究利用铁尾矿砂和铁尾矿粉为基本原材料,通过不同的矿物掺合料、减水剂、铁尾矿粉的掺入,配置出早快型、早慢型、晚快型、晚慢型四种泌水类型混凝土,通过测定不同类型混凝土抗压强度和孔结构特征,分析了对强度造成不同影响的具体原因。试验结果表明,早快型泌水混凝土虽然泌水量大,孔隙率大,但由于塑性收缩,有害孔少,而且实际水灰比低,所以强度依然很高;早慢型泌水混凝土有害孔和多害孔比例高,强度低;晚快型由于加入铁尾矿粉作为微细集料填充,强度也很高,但因为表面开放型气孔多,可能抗渗性不好;晚慢型泌水泌水量少,气孔率低,有害孔少,强度最高,其他性能也最优良,是最佳混凝土泌水类型。

Abstract
The ferrous mill tailings is plant of gangue slag pulp chosen ore-dressing, which is often proposed in the form of the tail. Currently, the main method dealing with the ferrous mill tailings is to construct tailing dams for storage. This will not only take up much of the land, but also have a lot of security risks. At the same time, as the increases of consumption of the concrete materials used in construction, more and more natural aggregates are needed. The excessive exploitation of natural sand, not only seriously damages the natural environment, but also affects the sustainable development of the construction industry. In order to solve the contradiction of the storage of the ferrous mill tailings ore and the shortage of natural sand, also, in order to solve the problem that the adhesiveness of the ferrous mill tailings ore sand is relatively poor and the bleeding ratio is high, this paper takes the ferrous mill tailings ore in Qian'an, Tangshan as Manufactured Fine Aggregate (MFA) and micro fines (powdery the ferrous mill tailings ore). Through adding 15% of FA and GBRS, different super plasticizer as well as fine mill tailings, the bleeding of the mixture can be classified into 4 types , early-rapid , early-sl
