【】目的:探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术后的护理措施,总结护理经验。方
法:回顾性分析2008年5月一2014年6月期间我院泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术患者 188例术后护理措施。结果:木研究188例患者行腹腔镜手术后经临床有效护理, 康复情况较好,如期山院,>。结论:泌尿外科疾病行腹腔镜手术疗效显著,且经规范性、针对性护理,有效减少术后并发症,对患者术后平稳渡过围手术期只有重要意义。

自20世纪末腹腔镜与泌尿外科历史性结合以来,腹腔镜手术广泛应用在泌尿外科疾病的诊治,取得较好的临床效果,主要是其临床切口小,术后康复快, II术后疼痛较轻,康复期短,同时切口恢复较美观,患者乐于接受。然而,腹腔镜手术后存在一定的并发症发生率,应该引起关注[1】。
因此,腹腔镜手术后奋效护理尤其重要,对患者的术后康复具奋积极的推动作用。现将188例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术后患者的临床护理措施进行冋顾性分析,具体报
