乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部现状研究

摘��要�
体育俱乐部作为一种体育组织形式,它的发展程度是一个地区、一个城市、
乃至一个国家经济发展和社会进步的标志,也是先进文化的一种反映。经营性
乒乓球俱乐部是体育俱乐部的一个分支,对体育产业整体的发展有着很大的推
动作用。对乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部现状进行研究,在满足科学健身,
推进乌鲁木齐市体育产业发展,完善体育健身市场体系等具有重要意义。本论
文采用问卷调查、专家访谈、田野调查等研究方法,通过对乌鲁木齐市�家经
营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展现状进行了调查分析,得出以下结论,从而揭示出在
当今市场经济的大环境下乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的生存、发展的现状。
提出相关建议,为乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的发展提供借鉴。�
(�)乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的经营规模以中等为主,区位布局较
为合理,经营方式以会员制为主,经营效益普遍较好。但是没有形成有特色、
有品牌优势的大型乒乓球俱乐部,乒乓球俱乐部的管理体制不完善,法规监督
不够健全,连锁经营程度低,经营者对乒乓球俱乐部的宣传力度不够,个别的
乒乓球俱乐部还处于盈、亏的边缘。�
(�)乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部的教练授课方式多样,教学技能水平
普遍较高,能够有效的吸引消费者的乒乓球健身参与。但是他们的酬金普遍不
高,大部分乒乓球球教练员对自己的薪酬不够满意,他们主要依靠自学提高综
合能力,导致乒乓球教练员形成较大的流动性。�
(�)乌鲁木齐市经营性乒乓球俱乐部消费者的消费方式主要为会员消费形
式,消费动机多样,对乒乓球运动均有很高热情。但是制约消费者消费的因素
复杂,主要是受时间限制,大部分消费者每周能够参与乒乓球健身的次数有限。�

Abstract
Sports clubs as a form of anizations, and its level of development is
an area of a city, or even a country's economic development and a symbol of social
progress, but also a reflection of the advanced culture. Operating Table Tennis Club
is a branch of sports clubs for the overall development of the sports industry has
greatly help to promote the development of Urumqi. the research on table tennis
club operating status, science and fitness to meet and promote the development of
Urumqi, the sports industry, improve the market system, such as sports is important.
In this paper, the use of a questionnaire survey, expert interviews, field research and
other methods, through the Urumqi 12 operating table tennis club of the development
