摘要
转台在航天航空领域中多用于对地面半实物进行实时仿真和测试,是一种很关键的硬件设备,利用转台可以模拟飞行器的空中姿态,获取其制导系统,控制系统以及相应器件的各种实验数据,并根据试验参数进行重新设计和改进,达到预期效果。在军事领域,雷达天线的自动瞄准跟踪控制,高射炮,导弹发射架的瞄准运动控制,坦克,军舰的炮塔运动控制等都是基于二维转台的运动控制,所以对其进行研究有重要的现实意义。在工业制造行业,越来越多的机械手被应用进来,而转台为其提供了很好的自由度。所以说,转台性能的好坏直接关系到仿真实验的可靠性和置信度,是保证航空航天系列产品及武器系统精度和性能的基础,在航天工业和国防建设的发展中具有重要的意义。
本课题研究的二维加速度转台控制系统正是对引信模拟试验台的控制部分进行研究,主要包含主轴调速控制和运动控制。首先进行了控制方案设计,控制流程设计,然后通过对控制器件的选择进一步改进控制方案,最后,通过上位机软件实现了远程监控。调试和测试结果表明该系统符合设计要求。

Design of the control system for Two-dimensional Turntable
Abstract
In the aerospace field, Turntable, which is a key hardware, is used for real-time simulation and testing on Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL). We can use a turntable to simulate the attitude of the aircraft in the air for its guidance system, control systems and lots of experimental data about the devices which is expected. Based on such parameters, we re-design and improve it to achieve the expected effect. In the military field, anti-aircraft guns, the Automatic target tracking control on the radar antenna, the control for missile launchers Target motion, tanks and the movement control of warships turret, all of them are based on the control of Two-dimensional turntable movement, so that the important practical significance is expected on the study. In the industrial manufacturing industry, as the turntable has a good degree of freedom,more and more robotics have been applicated, So the performance of the Turntable has a significance effect on reliability and confidence of the simulation is the basis to ensure the accuracy and performance of series of aerospace and Weapon system, and of great significance in the development of the aerospace industry and defense.
