摘要:以加快发展为主题,以富民强镇为根本,围绕镇域经济持续、快速、协调发展这一目标,突出特色农业富民和培育三产业兴镇两个重点,实施“生态立镇、农业稳镇、招商引资活镇”三大战略,充分发挥各种优势,努力把九溪建成镇村协调发展、特色突出、产业发展强劲的生态产业镇。

Abstract: to speed up the development as the theme, in order to rich the town as the basis, around the town domain economy sustained, rapid and coordinated development of the goal, give prominence to the characteristic agriculture and enriching and cultivating three industry hing town two key, the implementation of the "ecological town, stable agricultural town, investment promotion and capital introduction live town" three major strategies, give full play to all sorts of advantage, to make nine streams county-rural coordinated development, outstanding characteristics and strong ecological industry town industrial development.

概况
九溪镇地处江川县城西部,玉溪市红塔区东部,距玉溪市中心城区和江川县城均约10公里。九溪镇位于东经102℃38′13″,北纬24℃18′14″之间。北与前卫镇、安化乡相连,西与红塔区相连,南与通海县毗邻。。。距离玉溪市政府仅12公里,距现成10公里,交通十分便利。
全镇辖9个村委会(其中:2个彝族村委会),28个村民小组,26个自然村。
九溪地处玉溪和江川之间,玉江一级高速公路中段。距离玉溪10公里,江川12公里。区位优势明显,交通便利,玉江高速公路从境内穿过,是江川连接玉溪的重要交通枢纽。镇区有供水站1座,供水人口17812人,全镇自来水普及率达69%。太和营北侧新建110KVA九溪变电站一个,完成农村电网改造的村委会9个,共28个村民小组,7996户。全镇共安装固定电话1950部,
小灵通用户500户。
