目前用于临床的抗菌药物已有200余种。
感染性疾病遍布临床各科,其中细菌性感染最常见,抗菌药物是临床应用最广泛的药物之一。
抗菌药物过多使用甚至滥用的现象客观存在。据统计一些医院中抗菌药物约占门诊处方的21%~ 57%,住院病人中使用抗菌药物者平均占床位数的57%(个别高达97%),联合用抗菌药物者占41%。
