从气体生物学看待微循环

人体所消耗的大部分氧气是作为细胞C氧化酶的底物以维持氧化磷酸化生成ATP,剩余的氧气被用来氧化生物合成,包括血管活性物质的合成,如前列腺素和作为二级气体型活性物如一氧化氮以及一氧化碳。从而,氧气不仅用于维持能量的供应,而且还用于调节组织的血流供应。二氧化碳主要产生于经过三羧酸循环过程的葡萄糖氧化,并且它是强力的血管扩张剂;经过半胱氨酸降解而合成的硫化氢已经被假定为神经调节剂,尽管接受信号的受体蛋白还没有被证实是可辨认的分子实体。有力的穿透力使这些气体轻松的接触内部受体,在微血管受体上执行他们的特殊生物功能。这篇文章主要介绍CO对不同受体蛋白的多样的生物学效应,这些受体包括血管平滑肌细胞的鸟苷酸环化酶,肝细胞的"胱硫醚合成酶, 红细胞的血红蛋白;概述新近的有关生物系统内气体的生成和结合部位的机理的研究资料。
