摘要
输入串联输出并联(Input-Series and Output-Parallel,ISOP)全桥组合变换器
能降低开关管的开关应力,适用于高输入电压、大功率的直流变换场合。为了
保证该变换器的可靠工作,必须确保其输入分压电容均压和输出电流均流。
本文分析了 ISOP 全桥组合变换器的输入输出特性和该变换器输入分压电
容不均压和输出不均流的原因,提出了一种三环交错控制策略,这三环是输入
分压电容均压环、输出电压闭环和电流闭环。均压环的输出分别校正两个电流
环的给定值,使输入电压高的模块输出电流变大,输入电压低的模块输出电流
变小,从而实现该组合变换器输入分压电容电压的均分和输出电流的均衡。同
时,采用交错控制下,利用纹波抵消效应使该组合变换器的输出滤波容的体积
大为减小,动态响应也得到提高。本文对整个三环控制系统建立了小信号模型,
对补偿网络进行了详细的设计。
论文对所提出的三环交错控制策略进行了仿真和实验验证,试验结果表明
本控制策略是正确和有效的。

高输入电压大功率 DC-DC 变换器的研究
Abstract
Input-series and output-parallel (ISOP) full-bridge (FB) converter, including
several FB converter modules, which input sides are in series and output sides are in
parallel, can reduce the voltage stress of all switches, so it is very suited for the high
input voltage and high power dc-dc conversions. In order to make the ISOP-FB
converter work normally, we should ensure the voltage sharing of the input divided
capacitors and current sharing of the output current of each module.
This paper derives the voltage conversion characteristics of the ISOP-FB
converter, and analyzes the reasons for the un-sharing voltage and un-sharing
current. After that, a control strategy with three closed-loops is proposed, which has
input voltage sharing loop
