[Abstract] The insurance business which is the ponent of the modern financial system, which is playing more and more vital role in the society and the economy and it is called "the modern society and the economy stabilizer". In the last few years, our country insurance market has made a swift progress and is beginning to take shape. However, takes the insurance market's the ponent. China's intermediary market of insurance business is not only always in a vicissitude perfect process, but also has the problems ,such as, the role dislocation of concurrently industry insurance agent, the imperfect of the insurance intermediary system, the dislocation of insurance intermediary technology and the lost of the credits . Therefore, we must take the fast development of the insurance market as the turning point, to develop specialized intermediary market of the insurance vigorously, to develop the insurance marketing positively, to reform insurance concurrently industry proxy market and to improve the construction of insurance intermediary market. besides, we also have to adjust insurance intermediary market's development layout, enlarge the insurance intermediary market's development spaces, and raise the insurance intermediary personnel's overall levels, in order to enhance the petition strength of national insurance business , make an innovational development, construct the Chinese characteristic insurance intermediary market and build a good foundation.
