摘要
企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)是在MRP II 的基础上,通过反馈的物流和反馈的信息流、资金流,把客户需要和企业内部的生产经营活动以及供应商的资源整合在一起,体现完全按用户需要进行经营管理的一种全新的管理方法。
企业资源计划作为现代企业管理思想的精髓,越来越被更多的企业所接受。企业资源计划是指建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想为指导,集信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身的现代企业的运行管理模式。随着信息技术的发展,企业资源计划系统现已形成在互联网基础上的跨国、跨企业的运行体系。它基于供需链管理的思想,采用协同商务管理模式,应用组件和工作流开发技术,面向业务流程设计,针对不同行业、不同企业,按照实际需求进行资源配置。真正的企业资源计划系统必然能够适应业务流程的变化。
文章通过分析广东省泉睿公司运用ERP时存在的问题。从企业软件选型、企业资源计划的实施、企业管理制度完善等几个方面讲述了泉睿公司应怎样更好的运用ERP。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise resource planning enterprise resource planning (ERP) is in MRP II basis, through the feedback of logistics and the feedback information, capital, the customer needs and within the enterprise production and operating activities, and suppliers' resources together, pletely according to user's requirements management of a kind of brand-new management methods.
Enterprise resource planning as the quintessence of the modern enterprise management, more and more be accepted by more and more enterprises. Enterprise resource planning refers to establish in information technology based on the systematic management thoughts as the instruction, integrating information technology and advanced management idea at a suit of modern enterprise management mode. With the development of information technology, the enterprise resource planning system has been formed in the on the basis of multinational, cross enterprise operation system.
