摘要
我国皮具行业通过二十多年的努力,技术逐渐成熟,皮具皮革企业如雨后的春笋般不断发展壮大,皮具生产和出口均居世界首位。随着市场规模大,产品设计越来越丰富,行业内的竞争也越来越激烈,很多公司在企业文化上都强调各部门的合作性,加强管理,提高生产效率,这些思想,体现了管理者的忧患意识,因为,在当前的市场经济条件下,只有不断的提高企业的利润,减少成本,才是企业经营和生存之道。现今,尽管计算机技术飞速发展的,但是传统的手工管理仍然占据了大部分企业,有部分企业率先使用了生产ERP系统等,通过搭建这样一个系统,减少不必要的流程,优化生产管理,因此,设计一个合适的管理信息系统,对企业的发展具有重要意义。
本课题以祥鑫皮具有限公司为例,采用Visual Basic ,设计一个符合企业需求的管理信息系统。系统主要有6个功能:样品管理,业务管理,生产管理,仓库管理,采购管理,系统设置。

ABSTRACT
China leather industry through more than 20 years of efforts, technology mature gradually, leather goods leather enterprises such as bamboo shoots in spring after the rain continued to develop and grow, leather goods production and exports rank first in the world. As the market is large in scale, product design more and more rich, the industry is also increasingly petition, panies in the corporate culture emphasizes the various sectors of cooperation, strengthen management, improve production efficiency, these ideas, reflects the management consciousness, because, in the current market economy condition, only the constant improve the profit of the enterprise, reduce the cost, it is the business and live.
