摘要
21世纪是经济全球化、服务国际化的时代,中国加入世贸组织以来,教育成为服务业中最重要的组成部分。近年来,教育市场呈现旺盛的增长态势,成为我国经济领域闪亮的市场热点,成为创业投资最热门的关键词。根据国家教育部《全国教育事业发展统计公报》显示,未来5到10年,中国教育培训市场潜在规模将达到5000亿元。中国的培训业尚处于起步阶段,虽然教育培训机构已有近万家,但资金规模超过10亿元的屈指可数。民办中小学课外辅导培训,还是一座尚待开发的“富矿”。
2008年至2012年是全国教育辅导行业异军突起、迅猛发展的五年。新的辅导观念及辅导形式的变革,行业规范及管理方式的相对滞后,使得这一行业遍地开花的同时呈现出缺乏规范和引导、无序发展的态势。本文通过对国内民办中小学生教育辅导行业的长期观察及调查,总结出了国内这一行业的发展现状及特点,同时根据行业特点提出了一系列行业发展趋势。

Abstract
The 21st century is the era of economic globalization, the internationalization of service, since China's accession to the wto, education has e the most important part of the service sector. In recent years, the education market shows strong growth trend, e a hotspot in shiny market economy in our country, e the most popular keywords that venture investment. According to the national ministry of education, according to the statistics bulletin of the national education career development in the next five to 10 years, China's education training market potential scale will reach 500 billion yuan. Chinese training industry is still in its infancy, although nearly education training institutions, but a handful of funds more than 1 billion yuan. Private elementary and middle schools extracurricular counselling training, or a "bonanza" is yet to be developed.
From 2008 to 2012, is the national education counseling industry boom, five years of rapid development. New concepts and counseling forms of change, industry standards and management relative lag, making the industry blossom everywhere at the same time showing a lack of norms and guidance, disorderly development of the situation.
