[ 摘要] 针对于平板封头设计厚度过大难题,本文提出在平板封头外侧加筋,以提高封头的抗弯和承载
能力。本文基于大型通用有限元软件 ANSYS,分别建立了某冷却器平板封头、带矩形加强筋
平板封头、带 T 形加强筋平板封头有限元数值模型,进行了平板封头在加强筋作用下的强度
计算,并基于 ANSYS 优化模块 Design OPT 编译 APDL 优化程序对其结构进行参数优化。优
化结果表明,相比于平板封头,带 T 形加强筋平板封头厚度降幅约 59%,钢材重量降低约 33%,
有利于降低制造成本,提高经济效益。

Structural Design of Flat-plate Head with Stiffening Ribs

[ Abstract ] For solving the difficulty that the design wall thickness of the flat-plate head is too large, the
flat-plate head with stiffening ribs was proposed for improving the load-carrying capacity.
Based on the general finite element software named ANSYS, three numerical models of a
flat-plate head, a flat-plate head with rectangular-shape ribs and a flat-plate head with
T-shape ribs were constructed, respectively. Strength calculation of the flat-plate head were
carried out taking the role of rib into consideration, and an optimization program was also
developed for obtaining the optimal structure according to the ANSYS/Design OPT module
and APDL language. The optimization results showed that the wall thickness of the flat-plate
head with T-shape ribs was decreased about 59% than that of the flat-plate head, and the
