摘要
目前,我国电力系统的抄表方式大部分还是基于人工的,用信息自动化技术对此进行改造,可获得效率的提高和成本的降低。因此本文提出了基于GPRS技术的无线远程抄表系统的解决方案,并以ARM技术为基础构建了抄表终端的硬件平台,以Visual ess数据库开发基于GPRS的远程集中抄表系统这一类软件的方法和思路。
,按照GPRS远程抄表系统中制定的通信规约,实现表计和抄表系统管理中心的客户端之间数据和命令的信息传输。实际测试结果表明,该GPRS终端具有实时性好、可靠性高、费用低廉等特点。
全文分为七部分,通过对GPRS远程集中抄表系统的研究现状的分析,阐述了我国在该领域技术上的发展。并通过对 Visual Basic 开发工具特点、Access数据库特点、ActiveX控件、VB对数据库操作的说明,论述了系统控制界面的设计思想,介绍了计算机控制界面设计的结构、主界面和各个子界面窗口和软件的设计。论文重点论述了数据招测系统的设计和通信系统的设计。最后,对设计作了验证和总结,并探讨了今后工作的发展方向。

ABSTRACT
At present,the way for meter reading of electric power system of our country is mostly by manual work. Using information and automation technology to update this can enhance efficiency and lower expense. This paper puts forward a solution way,that is wireless remote meter reading system based on GPRS technology,and designs the hardware platform of the meter reading TE(terminal equipment) based on the ARM technology. The method and idea to empolder this kind of software, which is used to observe the wireless remote meter reading system based on GPRS technology with exploitation tools of Visual Basic and database Access is introduced in this paper.
Within the design strategy,a GPRS terminal is connected to the via the work,munications between the meter and client in the AMRS center is imp1emented by munication protocol in the GPRS remote AMRS. After practical testing,it indicates that this GPRS TE Is characterized with good real-time,high reliability and inexpensiveness.
The whole thesis posed of 7 chapters. Through analyzing the wireless remote meter reading system based on GPRS technology,the thesis expatiates the development of our country in it. Through elucidating the characteristics of the Visual Basic tools and the Access database, ActiveX controls , the database management of Visual Basic, the thesis discusses a design’s whole thought of the control interface
