[ 摘要] 燃油系统是汽车至关重要的部件之一,它关系到每个乘客的生命安全。在刹车和启动过程中,
燃油对油箱壁撞击所产生的压力影响到整个燃油系统的稳定性,压力变化引起的振动噪声也是
衡量整车舒适性的重要指标之一。因此,燃油晃动一直是燃油系统开发过程中需要研究的重点
和难点问题。本文基于 N-S 控制方程,运用 VOF 方法对某型号燃油箱进行了刹车过程中的燃
油晃动模拟,得到了燃油晃动过程中油箱壁的压力分布和压力变化,为燃油系统的开发和优化
提供了指导和理论依据。

[ Abstract ] The fuel system as one of the essential parts of the vehicle, is related to the safety of every
passenger. During the brake and start, the pressure generated by the fuel crashing tank wall
affect the stability of the entire fuel system. The vibration and noise caused by the pressure
fluctuation is also an important indicator to measure the fort. It has been
essential and difficult to study the fuel sloshing in the fuel system developing process. In this
paper, a fuel tank sloshing was simulated under the braking process using the VOF method
based on the N-S control equation, capturing pressure distribution of the tank wall, providing
a certain guidance and theoretical basis for the development and optimization of the fuel
system.

1 前言
当前,随着汽车工业的发展和国内汽车工业的振兴,各大汽车生产企业对汽车
燃油箱的需求呈明显增长趋势。世界上第一只汽车塑料燃
