摘要:汽轮机末级叶片的安全问题制约着单机装机容量的扩大,大大影响了大容量汽轮机的发展。而影响安全问题的关键是
叶片的动应力比较大,调频困难。针对长叶片目前国内外普遍采用的是整圈自锁结构,但是此结构的频率计算往往采
用节点耦合方法近似模拟接触情况。本文采用 Ansys 正交各向异性材料特性代替叶片间的非线性接触特性模拟围带
凸台间相对滑移的特点,以及循环对称方法计算汽轮机整圈叶片的振动模态。

Abstract: The security problem of last stage blade of steam turbine is restricting the expansion of
installed capacity of single, greatly influenced the development of large capacity steam turbine. The key
to affect the safe problem is the dynamic stress of blade is relatively large, FM difficulties. Aiming at the
long blade are widely used at home and abroad is interlocked structure, but the structure of the
frequency calculation often use the node coupling method to simulate the contact situation. This paper
uses the Ansys orthotropic properties simulation characteristics of relative slip bands around the bosses
of the nonlinear contact characteristics between the leaves instead, vibration mode and cyclic symmetry
method to calculate the whole circle blade word: Steam turbine, interlocked blades, unwist
angel, Vibration property
