摘要:双辊薄带铸轧技术被认为是冶金领域的一项前沿技术,己经广泛应
用于有色金属的工业生产中,其工艺是将凝固与塑性成形过程融为一体,开辟
了许多深层次的基础性研究领域,包括化学冶金、力学冶金、材料科学等。利
用现代数值模拟技术对铸轧过程中冷却水的流场、温度场以及辊套的温度场进
行研究,有利于推动铸轧理论与技术的发展。本文是以燕山大学机械工程学院
和材料学院共同研制的实验铸轧机为研究对象,来分析冷却水的流场、温度场
以及铸轧辊辊套的温度场。

WATER OF THE ROLLER’S FLOW FIELD AND
THE ROLLER’S TEMPERATURE FIELD

Abstract:As a frontal technique of metallurgical region, it is applied in the
production of nonferrous metal of twin roll strip casting, which is bine of
rapid solidification and deformation, and to open up a lot of deep-level basic research
areas. It includes chemical- metallurgy, mechanical metallurgy, material science, and
so on. Researching on temperature and flow field of the roller and cooling water in
the two-roll continuous easting process by modem numerical simulating technology
is very useful for the development of casting theory and technology. This paper was
based on the experimental two-roll casting machine which was designed by school of
mechanical engineering and school of material in Yanshan University to research
flow and temperature field of cooling water and temperature field of roll sleeve.

1 铸轧辊内部冷却水流场仿真分析
铸轧辊的组成及辊套材料选取
铸轧辊主要是由辊套、辊芯、冷却水、密封圈、压盖等组成,在实用性和
寿命方面,辊套和辊芯对铸轧过程的顺利进行起着非常重要的作用。要保证铸
轧过程稳定正常进行的必要条件之一就是辊套具备良好的热传导能力[1]。虽然铜
及铜合金都具有良好的热传导性能,并且通过试验证明它能有效的吸收热能,
但是它们没有良好的机械性能,不能够用来制作辊套。相反,某些耐热合金具
有很好的机械性能,能明显阻止疲劳裂痕的产生,但由于其热传导速率太慢,
无法使辊套充分冷却。此处的轴套材料选择 32CrMo1V,其在各个温度下的热
物理性能参数如表 1-1 所示。
