文档介绍：Abstract: With the on-going growth of Chinese economy and import-export trade, and with the transitional period gained from the WTO negotiations by the main industries e to an end, China has entered into a period of highly frequent trade conflicts, especially in the Sino-US trade. As we see it, the Sino-US trade frictions in recent years are focused on four following aspects: anti-dumping, intellectual property, RMB appreciation and countervailing, while the root cause is the imbalance of the trade. As the Sino-US trade environment is being more and plex and ever-changing, we shall not only study reasons why we have entered a period of high Sino-US trade frictions, but also find out the social impact of the frictions. This is the primary task of this paper.
