本文详细叙述了朝柴 YC6108ZQ 活塞的有限元分析过程,应用 CATIA 软件建立
了活塞的实体模型,将模型导入 ANSYS 有限元分析软件中,采用三维有限元法计算
了柴油机活塞在温度载荷、机械载荷、温度和机械综合载荷等三种工况下的应力和变
形分布情况,并在此基础上对活塞进行评价,最后介绍工程实际生产中是如何解决热
负荷中的膨胀问题,分析计算结果对柴油机活塞的设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
This paper describes in details the FEA process of the Chaochai YC6108ZQ piston,
establishes the 3D entity model of the piston with the help of CATIA software. Then
imports the 3D model into the ANSYS software, analyses the stress and deformation of the
piston under the condition of thermal load, mechanical load and bination of thermal
and mechanical loads using 3D FEM analysis, evaluates the piston accords to the FEA
results. Finally, introduces the solution of the thermal inflation in actual engineering. The
FEA result is helpful to the design of diesel piston.
