[摘要] 提高教育水平的真正动力源自高校自身对高质量教育的追求,对于地方普通院校来说,应结合实际发展需要主动在校内实施常态教学质量监控,通过加强课程建设与评价、听课、教学督导、课堂教学质量问卷调查(评价)、建立学生信息员制度、期中教学工作检查制度、课程教学质量的评估、毕业生质量跟踪调查的过程管理,切实保证教育教学质量的稳步提高。

Abstract:The real driving force improving educational level is originated from colleges and universities the go after that oneself educates to height mass, they should develop with a view of reality requiring that initiative puts constant state teaching quality monitoring into practice within school as for average universities and colleges of local, examine system , course quality of teaching estimating , graduate mass tracking survey process administration by the fact that the sharpening course building and valuation , the supervisor who attends a lecture , teaches , classroom quality of teaching questionnaire inquiring into the system , mid-semester teaching job (appraising) , building student information, practical guarantee educates quality of teaching's improve steadily.
