本论文主要研究了从阿拉伯胶中提取L邛可拉伯糖的方法和最佳工艺,以及用柱色谱分离出高纯度L-5可拉伯糖的方法。阿拉伯胶经H2S04水解,甲醇或乙醇萃取,可得到含L邛可拉伯糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖的混合物,经柱色谱分离,。经正交实验,确定了水解反应的主要影响因素及最佳水解条件。反应温度对水解反应影响最大,其次是无机酸用量及浓度,阿拉伯胶的浓度(水量)和H2S04浓度的交互作用对实验影响最小。由阿拉伯胶水解制备L一阿拉伯糖的最佳条件为:水解温度90~100℃,用甲醇作萃取剂,%,水用量为阿拉伯胶的10倍时’L邛可拉伯糖的料收率为85%,%。用柱色谱对粗产品进行分离时,选择两种展开剂体系,第一种展开剂的组分为:正丁醇:乙酸乙酯:异丙醇:乙酸: 水=35:100:60:35:30,第二种展开剂的组分为:乙酸乙酯:异丙醇:水=65: 22:ll,通过两种展开剂的先后分离,L-阿拉伯糖的最后纯度可达7啕澎。用609
阎定相分离23 59混合糖,可得到16 29 L-5可拉伯糖,,。

ABSTRACT
This paper studies 011 extracting and separating L-arabinose from Gum Arabic. L-arabinose is prepared from Gum Arabic and the process is high purity L—arabinose is separated from the crude sugar by column chromatography. Gum Arabic is hydrolyzed by H2S04,and extracted by methanol or ethanol,thus the crude sugar mainly including L-arabinose,rhamnose and galactose Can be separating from the crude sugar by column chromatography,high purity L-arabinose can be main factors that effected the hydrolysis and the optimized process were found Out Temperature has great influence on the is the volume and concentration of interaction of Gum Arabic concentration(water volume)
and acid concentration has small influence on the optimized process of hydrolyzing L-arabinose from Gum Arabic was:T290-1 00"C,using methanol as the acid concentration was %.water volume was ten times of Gum
Arabic,the crude yield of L-arabinose was 85%.the purity was %.In column chromatography,we chose two developing agent was n—butanol:ethyl acetate:iso—butanol:acetic acid:water=35:100:60:35: other was ethyl acetate:iso·butanol:water=65:22:11,then the last purity could reach 86%. crude sugar is separated with 609 stationary phase, L-arabinose, Rhamnose
and 4 29 Galactose Can be got.
