摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,电力需求也越发紧张。由于电能与其他形式的能量的相互转换容易,输送,分配和控制简单,因此电能的应用非常广泛,特别在工业生产中。我国现有电力生产方式主要以石油、煤、天然气等能源转化形成,从我国能源消耗情况来看,70%以上消耗在工业部门,所以工业节能是能源节约的一个重点,而电能是能源中最重要和应用最广泛的一种能源,同时工业用电在全国电能消耗量中占70%以上,因此工厂的电能节约特别值得重视。本课题将对我国电力系统区域特点及现有工业电力管理及利用模式进行分析,同时对新型能源的开发与利用给与讨论。

ABSTRACT
Due to power and other forms of energy transformation, control,distribution and transmission is simple ,so electricity has a very wide range of applications ,particularly in the industrial production .Power production mode existing in our country mainly to oil coal gas and other energy conversion form ,form energy consumption in our country,more than 70% of the consumption in the industrial sector ,so the industrial energy saving is one of the focuses of energy conservation,energy and electricity is applied widely in the most important and an energy source ,at the same time ,industrial electricity accounted for more than 70% in power consumption in the country ,so the factory of the power saving is particularly worthy of attention .This topic will be power system of our country region characteristics and existing power management and utilization mode was analyzed ,at the same time to give discussion to the development and utilization of new energy.

课题的背景
近年来,伴随着世界经济的快速发展,不只是我国同样在世界的每个国家都面临着日益严重的环境污染以及能源短缺的重要问题。据《中国环境状况公报》显示,1997年,我国城市空气质量仍处在较重的污染水平,北方城市重于南方城市。二氧化硫年均值浓度在3~248微克/米3范围之间,全国年均值为66微克/米3。一半以上的北方城市和三分之一强的南方城市年均值超过国家二级标准(60微克/米3)。北方城市年均值为72微克/米3;南方城市年均值为60微克/米3。以宜宾、贵阳、重庆为代表的西南高硫煤地区
