With the rapi d development of economy,the big city s congestion
has e more the all ways of solving the ci ty congestion, traffic management is by far more important than the only way of bui lding road and traffic management system is one of the most important measures for traffic management,while VMS(vehicle message
systeⅡO is the important equipment of advanced traffic management system.
Through releasing the related message,the VMS will guide the vehicle to the most reasonable path,avoiding the partial congestion and thus balance work traffic flow.
Nowadays,the VMS technology has e mature,so the VMS positioning will play an important role on the whole DRGS(Dynamic Route Guidance System).As VMS positioning is mainly depended on the experience to carry on,this article will induce the theories of the bining the actual circumstance of Guangzhou City,and put forward a set of ways of VMS analyzing from the customer work layout and traffic flow and so on,we will apply fuzzy theories to the positioning decision based on the traffic characteristics of Guangzhou.
During the positioning,we will consider of a few important circumstances such as city exit and so on,finally,we take an important road——Tianher road of the eastern region of Guangzhou as a exampl e to carry on demonstrating the road article will apply the
above-mentioned method to get the end project that a whole city VMS
positioning order finally,in order to be carried out in a specific way in the days e.

、研究背景
伴随我国经济的高速发展,城市交通阻塞日益严重,而大部分城市道路建设空间十分有限,仅凭修建道路桥梁来缓解交通阻塞显然是不够的。为此,在城市建立~个完善的智能交通管理系统(ITt,,IS)是十分必要的。在ITMS系统中,道路交通实时动态信息系统(RRITS)是其核心内容之一。RRITS是智能运输系统(ITS)中的核心部分,它通过道
路实时信息的收集、处理和发布,使道路使用者可以在信息预知的模式下对自己的出行时间、出行方式、出行路线、出行目的地进行优化调整,从而提高其个体出行的效率。道路交通实时动态信息系统在当前城市交通建设与管理中将起到举足轻重的作用,而交通情报板(vlls)布
