【摘要】 PBL教学法,通过创设真实的问题情境,以学生小组为载体,引导学生进行自主学习,寻找学习方法和解决问题的能力。在内科学教学中进行PBL教学法与传统教学法的对比性研究。结果显示,PBL教学法的教学效果优于传统教学法,有助于激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习的主动性,培养临床思维能力。

The Application and Analysis of the PBL Teaching Methods in Internal Medicine Teaching

Abstract:The PBL Teaching Method creates the real problem situations, which help the students, its carriers, learn by themselves to find the learning methods and acquire the ability to solve the problems. After doing parison research between the PBL Teaching Method and the traditional teaching methods in the internal medicine teaching, we find the results show that the PBL teaching Method is more effective than the traditional one. PBL Teaching Method can stimulate the interests of the students, improve the initiative in study, foster their capability in clinical thinking as well.

PBL 的全称是“Problem Based Learning”,指以问题为中心的教学模式。于1969年由美国Barrows教授在加拿大的McMaster大学创立,1993年被爱丁堡世界医学教育高峰会议推荐[1],其后在多所医科院校中得以推广、不断修正。与LBL (Lecture Based Learning) 传统教学法即以授课为基础的教学模式不同, PBL 是以学生为主体的医学教育。PBL 教学方法被认为能够明显地增强学生学习的积极性和目的性。笔者在多年内科教学中发现传统LBL模式教学由于注重知识的传授和信息的灌输,医学生的大部分精力用在对课本知识的背记,而综合分析能力、探索创新精神存在缺陷。为此最近两年来在内科学教学中试行引入PBL教学模式,并对PBL教学效果进行了初步探讨与分析。
