The third is to carry out large-scale construction enterprise financial centralized management case studies. Take W Real Estate Group for example. Based on large-scale panies exploring centralized financial management, combined with the actual W Real Estate Group, we analyzed the centralized management model for corporate financial. And analyzed the three main effects of W group financial centralized management reached: the effective integration of resources to improve the capital use efficiency, the overall budget of financial centralized management reduces unnecessary expenses, financial centralized management to reduce the financial internal or regional risks; and for the four major problems of W, put forward suggestions of the centralized financial management.
