针对现阶段使用的基于八位或十六位单片机设计的锚杆检测应力仪在数据处理、人机交互和智能化等功能上存在的不足,在对电阻应力仪测量原理的了解和嵌入式技术的掌握的基础上,本文进行了基于嵌入式技术的锚杆检测应力仪的设计。从锚杆检测应力仪功能需求出发,确定了系统的总体方案。其中主要包括系统硬件构架设计、uClinux设计平台的构建和功能模块的实现三方面内容。
在硬件设计方面重点讨论嵌入式系统的设计,包括以LPC2210微处理器为核心的最小扩展系统的设计和系统功能电路的设计两个方面,其中详细阐述了采用高精度AD器件进行数据采集的方法,并在设计中利用FIFO实现AD数据缓存从而提高处理器效率;在开发平台构建方面,介绍了系统引导程序的实现,给出了uClinux和文件系统的移植步骤,且着重分析了移植uClinux内核的修改,为进一步的应用开发作铺垫;在功能模块的设计方面,结合底层硬件特性,实现了相关接口的驱动程序,并从设备需要的具体功能出发,利用QT/Embedded设计了数据采集模块、数据存储模块、人机交互模块和数据处理模块等。使设备具有良好的人机交互界面,并能够对数据进行实时的显示和处理,是设计的重点和难点。

Abstract
The most of blot detector used in mine roadway are based on 8-bit or 16-bit MCU at present, because of the restriction of normal MCU, this kind of bolt detector exists many deficiencies in some aspects, such as data processing, man-machine interaction and intelligence function. Based on the understanding of the resistance strain gauge's measure principle and the mastering of Embedded Technology, the article proposes the research and design of bolt detector based on embedded system. Considering the function demand, the whole scheme of the system was ascertained. The key points of this dissertation can be divided into three parts, the design and implementation of hardware architecture, construction of the uClinux design platform and implementation of application modules.
Hardware focused on the design of embedded systems. On the design of hardware, the paper discusses two aspects, the design of a smallest expander circuits and system functional circuits based on LPC2210. The implementation of FIFO to interface high precision AD converter with arm LPC2210 which can improve the efficiency of the processor is described in detail. On the development platform construction, the paper introduces the realization of BootLoader, transplant process of uClinux and file system. It emphatically analyses the modification of transplant core of uClinux that pave the way for further research. On the design of application module, combin
