摘要
摘要
在长期的历史进程中,湘西少数民族形成了自己独特的民族文化,造就了丰
富多彩的少数民族文化天然宝库,为湘西民族文化旅游产业的发展奠定了坚实的
基础。湘西依托特色民族文化优势,大力发展民族文化旅游产业,湘西民族文化
旅游业已经逐步成为当地经济新兴的支柱产业,取得了巨大的经济效益。但是湘
西地区不少景区开发过程中急功近利,民族文化旅游资源开发面临过度商业化的
危险,民族文化旅游产业发展的持续性正经受着考验,所以湘西民族文化的开发
也必须走可持续发展道路。当前研究湘西民族文化旅游业的可持续发展问题,实
现湘西民族文化旅游业从传统模式向可持续模式转变,对当地经济的可持续发展
以及居民摆脱贫困都具有重要的意义。
本文首先对区域旅游可持续发展的相关理论进行论述,同时分析了湘西民族
文化旅游产业发展的现状和存在的问题,为后面的分析提供支撑。
湘西作为土家族和苗族的聚居地,古朴浓郁的民俗风情、神奇独特的古迹遗
存,为湘西旅游业的可持续发展提供了重要的物质条件;湘西不断完善的各种基
础设施和支撑条件为民族文化旅游的可持续发展提供了重要保障;借助西部大开
发等外部条件,湘西民族文化旅游产业可持续发展获得了难得的机遇。
结合湘西的具体情况,从加大民族传统文化遗产保护力度,打造民族文化旅
游精品,护民族文化恒久魅力,培养民族文化主体自觉性等方面确定了湘西民族
文化旅游产业可持续发展的原则;从实景舞台剧、原生形态、节庆活动、博物馆
几个方面探寻促进湘西民族文化旅游产业持续快速发展的运作形式。
根据以上分析,本文认为湘西州民族文化旅游的可持续发展就是要在开发当
地民族文化旅游资源的同时,实现经济发展目标与社会发展目标的统一,具体措
施包括完善民族文化旅游产业发展体制,健全产业发展的政策导向体系,加强民
族文化旅游资源的保护,加快民族文化旅游产业人才的培养与引进,延伸民族文
化旅游产业链,抓好旅游基础设施建设。

In the long historical process, of the Minorities formed their own unique culture,
created a rich and colorful ethnic culture, natural heritage, tourism industry for the
development of Western culture has laid a solid foundation. Advantage of relying on
special Western culture, to develop cultural tourism industry, the tourism industry in
Western culture has been emerging gradually e the pillar industry of local
economy has made great economic benefits. However, many scenic spots in Western
region development process quick ess, cultural tourism resources face the risk of
mercialization, the development of cultural tourism industry suffering the
sustainability of the test, so the development of Western culture must take the road of
