摘要
目的:为了解医务人员生活质量状况及其影响因素。
方法:采用分层抽样方法,抽取郴州市城区8家医院807名医务人员于2003年8月中下旬进行闯卷调蠢。调煎内容包括:自拟个人基本情况调套表;世界:卫生组织生存质量量表JII文版(wIIoQOL~100); 生活事件羹表(LES)。
结果:①被调查807名医务人员LfJ,男性301人,女性506人, 勇女院镶为l:,年龄18~60岁。(至)2003年榔州啦城区医务人员生活质量量表得分低于1996年全幽常模分;女性医务人员的生活质最
低予舅性医务人英;综合往医院医务入员酶生活质量高于专辩医院;
较高等级医院医务人员的生活质量高于较低等级医院医务人员的生活质量;季户±曲生活质量低于其它繇监医务人员;另羚,不两年龄、职称、学历、婚姻状况、:亡作时间、自评健康状况等对生活质星均有影响。③医务人员一年内发生静应激性生活事事|:t253节l:,; 医务人员常见的生活事件有:入学或就业(%),:【作最显著增减(10。8篱),韭余培训(9。2鼢,]:作变动(7。l舞),掇家(),瑟爵瞧7篱), 家人重病(%),财产损失(%),(丌始)恋爱、收入显著增减、暂去外地(4。6篱),小颧借贷、遗失蓬要物麓渔泓)。④多元回妇分析表明:影响医务人员生活质量的因素主要有:生活质量自评分、经济满意度、健康状况、嫒姻滋感发、医务人爨攀:责、生活搴擎|:总分、往堵满意度、工作满意度。其c|_I生活事件总分与生活质最呈负栩关。
结论::针对其薄弱环节加以改善。
