【】目的:对比瑞舒伐他汀钙与阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病的疗效对比研宄。方法:选取来我院进行治疗的冠心病患者100例,将100例患者按照治疗方式分为两组,观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例患者。观察组患者给予口服瑞舒伐他汀片进行治疗,剂量为10mg/d,1次/d;对照组患者给予口服阿托伐他汀进行治疗,剂量为10mg/d,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗两周时间。结果:%,%, 两组患者的临床治疗总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=, P<)o %,%, 组间比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=, P<)o结论:使用同等剂量的瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病,瑞舒伐他汀取得的临床效果更加显著,并且副作用较小,较阿托伐他汀具有更好的临床治疗安全性,值得在临床进行推广应用。
