摘要
采用浸没式超滤膜对引黄水库夏季高藻水进行中试试验研究,考察在夏季高
藻期超滤膜对引黄水库水处理效果和膜污染控制情况,探讨超滤技术在山东某水
厂饮用水处理中应用的可行性,为超滤膜处理工艺大规模应用于饮用水生产提供
一定的实践依据和技术参考。
试验表明混凝沉淀-气浮移动罩滤池-超滤工艺出水水质稳定,超滤膜对有机
物指标具有一定的去除效果,对 CODMn、UV254、TOC 的平均去除率分别为 %、
%、%;对浊度、颗粒物、藻类、微生物具有良好的去除效果,其中超
滤膜出水浊度不受进水水质影响,基本稳定在 以下,粒径大于 10μm 的
颗粒几乎被完全去除,超滤膜几乎能 100%去除藻类,运行期间超滤膜出水没有
检测出大肠菌群;对氨氮、铁铝、溴味的去除效果不太明显。
考察了过滤周期、中间气冲时间、气水比、通量、排污时间对浸没式膜污染
的影响。结果表明在高温高藻期采用过滤周期 、中间气冲 30s、气水比 4:1~
5:1、通量 30 L/(m2·h)、排污时间 25s~30s 的工况能较好的减缓膜的污染;化学
清洗能较好的恢复膜通量;并对超滤系统成本进行了简要分析。
本试验还将超滤膜与臭氧活性炭、常规工艺对主要污染物指标的去除效果进
行了简要比较,并讨论了超滤技术在自来水厂中应用的优势。

Abstract
A pilot study on the treatment of algae-laden from Yellow River reservoir was
conducted by immersed ultrafiltration, the effect of contaminants removal by
immersed membrane and the controlling of membrane fouling were investigated;
studying the possibility of application of ultrafiltration technology in a certain WTP of
Shandong province; providing the necessary technology support for the full-scale
applications of ultrafiltration technology in drinking water treatment.
It was proved that the quality of treated water after coagulation-sedimentation
-floatation movable hood filter-immersed ultrafiltration process is stable; the
ultrafiltration membrane had a certain effect on the removal anic matter, the
average removal rate of CODMn,UV254,TOC is %、%、%; there
was good removal efficiency for turbidity, particles, algaes and microbe, the change of
raw water had little effect on filtrate turbidity which is stable with 1ess than ,
particles with size more than 10μm and algaes could pletely removed; the
coliforms were never detected in the treated water; ultrafiltration membrane had little
effect on the removal of nitrogen, iron, aluminum,2-MIB and Geosmin.
