摘要
目前我国污水厂的出水排放标准面临着由已执行的(GB 18918-2002)二级升级为
一级 A 标准,需对我国 2006 年以前建设运行的大部分污水处理厂进行升级改造改造。
本文对我国各地区的污水处理工艺运用达标现状以及升级改造现状进行了调研
分析,这对当前需要进行升级改造的污水厂具有很好的指导意义。经分析总结出国
内污水处理厂进行升级改造主要需要解决几个方面的问题:首先是污水处理厂进水
水质的低碳源问题;其次是二级处理工艺落后,未能满足高效地去除有机物和高效
脱氮除磷要求;最后是出水氮、磷不达标问题。
由此可知,脱氮除磷是我国污水升级改造中亟需解决的问题,由于一些研究表
明化学/生物絮凝工艺对脱氮除磷有较好的去除效果,因此提出了化学/生物絮凝升级
改造的初步方案。
本文对化学/ 生物升级改造方案进行了实验研究,选择了最优混凝剂为 PAFC,
投加量取 20mg/L 和最优的水力条件组合为:中搅 4min,转速 100rpm;慢搅 6min,
转速 30rpm。研究发现在相同条件下,化学/生物絮凝对 TP、SS、COD、TN 和 NH3-N
的去除效果都优于生物絮凝,达到一级 A 标准。
化学/生物絮凝升级改造方案的初步设想是将二沉池的中心筒进行改造,在改造
后的中心筒中设置絮凝区,该区分为中心筒和外筒。根据实验结果得出化学/生物絮凝
改造方案针对中心筒进行改造的基本设计参数:絮凝区总停留时间取 10min,其中在
中心筒中的水力停留时间为 4min,在外筒中的水力停留时间则取 6min。外筒底部锥
形倾斜度取 45°。

Abstract
In order to promote water quality standard from discharge 2nd standard(GB
18918-2002) of pollutants for municipal to 1st standard A class. Most Wastewater
Treatment Plant constructing before 2006 is badly in need of upgrading to advanced
treatment process.
In this article, the sewage treatment technology application situation and upgrading
measures in different regional were reseached. Through the research, there were several
problems needs to solve in wastewater treatment plant was the problem
of the low carbon in the influent. Secondly, the current secondary treatment process was
too backward to meet the requirement to high efficient removal anic matter, nitrogen
and phosphorus. Finally, the nitrogen and phosphorus of effluent was not up the standards.
In order to solve nitrogen and phosphorus removal problem of Domestic sewage
treatment plant, Chemical / biological ulation was used in this study to upgrad
measures because of great removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, and pared with
the chemically ulation, then obtained a preliminary transformation scheme.
