GENERAL MISSION 职责概述
Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in office administration and operation of the department.
负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关办公室行政管理及本部门各餐饮的工作。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 职责和方法
Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of various Food & Beverage departments such as coffee shop, Room se4rvice, Specialty Restaurant, Night Club, all the kitchens, stewarding etc.
全面负责餐饮部分部门的运作如, 咖啡厅, 地中海餐厅, 送餐服务, 中餐厅, 夜总会,所有厨房及管事部等部门.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
Exercises administration and supervises through Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and Restaurant Managers.
