摘要:实习医师临床技能与职业素质的规范化培训是高等医学教育的一个关键环节。本文从实习医师临床实践技能考核方法和成绩入手,探讨新形式下提高临床实习质量的措施和方法。

Abstract: the cultivation of medical student clinical ability and professional quality is the key part of the higher education of medical science. Based on an analysis of the methods and results of the clinical technical skill of interns, the paper discussed the counter measures for improving the quality of practice in the new situations, and for strengthening the cultivation of the practical skills of medical students.

临床实习是医学生实现课堂知识转化为实践知识、理论联系实际的关键环节,实习医师的实习质量直接影响医学院校培养的学生的质量。因此,实习医师在实习期间接受临床技能与职业素质的规范化培训是培养医疗卫生人才的重要方法,同时也成为毕业后继续医学教育制度的重要组成部分。
我院自2006年教育部本科教学水平评估以来,对进入临床实习的医学生进行严格的临床技能与职业素质的规范化培训,摸索出符合本地区实际的的临床教学模式,并取得了一定的成效。现将结果报告如下:
研究对象与方法
(一)研究对象选择在新疆医科大学第一临床医学院和其他五所附属医院实习的2006级五年制以及2005级七年制本硕临床专业学生,分为两组,本院实习的学生为试验组,其他五所附属医院实习的学生为对照组,其中五年制学生试验组有130人(男76人,女54人)。对照组有98人(男48人,女50人),七年制本硕班实验组有120人(男65人,女55人),对照组有92人(男42人,女50人),以上两个年级的两组学生,其人数、性别、年龄进行比较,均无统计学
