摘要:新时期我国普通高校体育领域,外部向着开放性、社会性方向发展,内部工作领域在拓展、服务对象在扩大,新《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》的颁发、体育课程改革全面向素质教育深化。分析了这种变化对我国普通高校体育场馆、设施、器材配备环境的影响,认为当前我国普通高校体育物质环境已不能适应变革时期高校体育新的需要。普通高校体育领域应当深刻了解、认识这种变化,积极改革适应这种变化。并提出了新的体育物质环境发展理念和新的操作思路。

On the Development of the College PE Material Environment in the New Age

Abstract: On the basis of related documents, the writer of this paper analyzes the changes of physical education and their influences on the PE material environment. By investigating the present situation of China’s PE material environment, the es to the conclusion that the college PE material environment does no longer meet the requirement of PE development in the new age. The writer also provides some constructive suggestions for the development of PE material environment.

改革理论背景
伴随经济、社会的变革与发展,特别是体育和高等教育领域的改革,相对独立、封闭的高校体育领域被彻底打开了,而置身于全新的环境中。在新的时期里,社会对普通高校体育提出新的需要,赋予普通高校体育新的历史责任。其特征主要表现在以下几个方面:
体育领域正在逐步拓展。多年来,在高校体育领域内,除了高等体育院校和师范院校体育院系外,普通高等学校的体育工作,通常局限在为学生开设体育课程和组织学生开展课余体育运动等范畴,基本上不承担高水平的体育竞技人才的培养和开展以发展知识为目标的体育科学研究任务。但是,随着体育体制和教育体制改革的深入,高校体育相对封闭的格局已被打开,多数高校开始承担高水平的体育竞技人才的培养和开展以发展知识为目标的体育科学研究工作。一些高校培养的高水平的学生
