摘要
随着现代电子技术的发展,汽车电子化的程度越来越高,汽车传感器成为汽车电子控制系统的重要组成部件,也是汽车电子技术领域研究的核心技术之一,传感器的使用数量和技术水平决定了现代汽车控制系统的性能,汽车的一些基本技术性能都直接或间接地与发动机传感器的性能相联系。其性能的好坏直接影响到汽车的动力性、经济性、可靠性、安全性、排放净化和舒适性。
本文主要研究电控发动机常用传感器故障对其运行状况的影响,首先对国内外传感器的发展现状及发展趋势进行介绍,论述了电控发动机常见传感器的安装位置、功用及工作原理,主要有氧传感器、爆震传感器、空气流量传感器、节气门位置传感器、曲轴位置传感器、温度传感器。其次详细分析传感器出现故障时对电控发动机运行状况的影响,并对传感器进行检测诊断,利用万用表测量其对应的电压值和电阻值,以判断传感器的工作状态是否良好。并以具体事例加以研究分析,证明传感器故障对电控发动机运行状况有严重的影响。

Abstract
With the development of modern electronic technology,automotive electronics and the increasingly high,vehicle sensors automotive electronic control systems e an ponent parts,automotive electronics technology is also on one of the core technology,the use of sensor technology and the number of decision Hyundai Motor control system performance,some of the basic vehicle technical performance are directly or indirectly,with the engine sensors linked to the performance. The performance of the car to have a direct impact on the momentum of the economy, reliability,safety and emissions purification fort.
This paper mon control engine sensor fault of their impact on the operation of the first sensor on the development of domestic and international status and development trend,on mon electronic control engine sensor installation location, function and working principle,the main aerobic Sensors,knock sensors,air flow sensors, throttle position sensor,crankshaft position sensor,temperature sensor. This was followed by a detailed analysis of sensor failure of the electrical control engine operation in the impact of sensors to detect and diagnosis,the use of multimeter measured value of the corresponding voltage and resistance,the sensors to determine whether the good working condition. And to study specific examples of that sensor failures to the engine electronic control the operation of a serious impact.
