分析会阴侧切术后发生切口感染的原因及应采取的护理措

【摘要】目的:对会阴侧切门感染发生的原因与采取的预防及护理措施进行
分析探讨。方法:将本院2015年行会阴侧切的足月妊娠产妇200例作为研究资料,将全部患者分为两组:研究组与对照组,每组患者有100例,研宄组为病理妊娠组,对照组为生理妊娠组。另将其屮人机共存的臭氧消毒前、后2h进行会阴侧切分娩的产妇抽取100例,分为两组:消毒前组与消毒后组,对会阴侧切口发生感染的原因进行详细的分析。结果:研究组与对照组、消毒前、后会阴切口感染率比较,P<,有显著的统计学意义。结论:分析感染发生的原因,根据产妇的实际情况制定护理措施,能够有效的降低产妇会阴侧切门的感染发生率, 值得在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To lateral perineal incision infection causes and prevention
and nursing measures are analyzed. Method Will be in our hospital in 2015 lines of
episiotomy full-term pregnancy 200 cases as research materials, all the patients were
divided into two groups: group and control group, patients with 100 cases in each
group, team for pathological pregnancy group, control group for physiological
pregnancy group. The other will be the delivery room before and after ultraviolet
disinfection, 2 h episiotomy childbirth puerpera extraction of 100 cases were divided
into two groups: disinfection before and after disinfection group, the cause of the
lateral perineal incision infection occurs for detailed analysis. Results Group and the
