摘要: 论述了企业从信息集成、过程集成到企业集成的发展趋势,给出了企业供应链管理的定义与需求,探讨了
基于 ARIS 的供应链管理的建模方法和基于 SAP/ R3 的供应链管理优化、计划和执行的方法,并给出了供应链管
理的实例.

Abstract : The development trend of industry production management e from information and process integra
tion to enterprise integration. Supply chain management(SCM) is a big trend to enterprise integration. This paper pre
sented the definition and the requirements of enterprises SCM and discussed the modeling method of SCM based on
ARIS and the optimization , planning and execution of SCM based on SAP/ R3. The real SCM example also was dis
cussed and presented.
