第16届男篮世锦赛中外男篮攻守能力对比分析

摘要
随着姚明、李楠等一批老球员退出国家队,中国男篮进入了新老交替的转型期,新
的人员配置必然在攻守方面带来新的变化,形成新的风格,如何在变化中找到适合自己
的战术打法,制定出适合男篮发展的措施及对策,使稚嫩的中国男篮迅速走向成熟,这
些都是非常急切解决的问题,也是本研究的意义所在。
本文以 2010 年第 16 届世界男子篮球锦标赛中国男篮和外国对手的比赛技术统计为
基础,在研究过程中采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分
析法,对中外男篮攻守能力进行系统的分析,结论如下:
1 本届男篮世锦赛上中国男篮在防守的积极性、进攻的果断性、失误的控制能力和
破贴身紧逼方面取得了长足的进步。
2 中国男篮在身高、体重和克托莱指数上已经达到了世界强队水平,球员的平均年
龄较小,是一支很有潜力的球队。中国男篮的身体充实度不足,劳雷尔指数与对手相比
有显著性差异,中国球员的身体对抗能力差,体能差。
3 中国男篮在本届男篮世锦赛上的突出问题是:球队技战术单调,球员的战术素养
不高,应变能力差,对篮板球的控制和保护能力差,投篮命中率低,助攻少,球队的整
体性和团队协作能力需要进一步提高。
4 中发展极其不平衡,替补球员的能力有
待进一步提高。
5 中国球员的心理素质差,比赛的关键时期运用技战术能力有待进一步提高。
建议:
1 通过“请进来,走出去”方式,改变我国球员体能差、对抗差的现状。
2 从中国男篮的实际出发,尽快形成自己技战术特点和风格。
3 加强球队的对外交流,在实践中提高中国男篮的战术素养。
4 加强球员的心理素质训练,提高球员的心理素质。
5 提高,为中国男篮提供更多优秀人才。

ABSTRACT
With the fading out of the old basketball players like Yao Ming, Li Nan and others, Chinese Men’s
basketball witnesses a transformation of replacing the elder players with the younger ones. The allocation
of the players will definitely brings new changes in offensive and defensive areas, and the new ones will
form their own style. How to find their own suitable tactics in the changing climate, how to work out
measures and countermeasures that are beneficial to the development of Chinese Men’s Basketball, how to
make Chinese Men’s Basketball e mature rapidly, how to shorten the gap between Chinese Men’s
Basketball and the world powers, and ultimately realize the rise of Chinese Men’s Basketball are the urgent
problems that needed to be solved immediately and they are the reasons and meanings why this thesis must
pleted.
