西安市乒乓球俱乐部经营现状研究
摘要
乒乓球俱乐部,作为体育健身俱乐部的一个分支,对社会整个体
育产业的发展,有着很大的推动作用。对西安市乒乓球俱乐部经营,
现状进行研究,推进西安市休闲,体育产业的发展。本论文采用问卷
调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对西安市 12 家
乒乓球俱乐部经营现状的分析,揭示出西安市乒乓球俱乐部经营发展
的现状。并提出建议为发展西安乒乓球俱乐部管理提供思路。
(1)西安市乒乓球俱乐部,主要是中等规模,布局合理,经营方式,
以会员制为主。
(2)西安乒乓球俱乐部,教练教学水平高,但是教法单一。
(3)西安乒乓球俱乐部,消费者,主要是以健身为主。
(4)西安乒乓球俱乐部的,问题,包括:管理体系不完善,市场化程度
低、管理人才缺乏,等。
(5)西安乒乓球俱乐部,在,实际开发过程中,存在着许多问题。

Abstract
Table tennis club as the fitness club in an important branch
of the whole society, the development of the sports industry has
a large role. Table tennis club business status of xian xian,
promoting sports leisure industry development, improve the
shaanxi sports health market system has the vital significance.
This paper adopts questionnaire, expert interview and
mathematical statistics research method, through the xian 12
home table tennis club business development present situation
to carry on the investigation analysis, reveals, draw the
conclusion in the economic development of xian under the
environment of the present situation of the development of table
tennis club business. And puts forward relevant Suggestions for
the development of xian table tennis club management to
provide the necessary reference.
(1) the table tennis club of xian the managing scale by medium
primarily, location layout more reasonable, mode of operation,
management benefit mainly with membership generally bad.
(2) xian table tennis club coach teaching mode is diversiform,
teaching can generally high level, can effectively attract
consumers of the exercise in table tennis.

(3) the table tennis club of xian is the main means of consumer
spending as the main form, member of consumer motivation is
diverse, to the table tennis all have high enthusiasm.
