摘要
逆向工程是实现产品快速制造与创新开发的重要技术之一,它可以快速、精确地将设计思
想转变为具有一定功能的原型或直接制造产品, 从而对产品设计进行快速评估和修改。逆向工
程不仅是原产品的再现,也是基于原产品的创新设计。本文以汽车发动机冷却风扇为研究对象,
对逆向工程曲面重构等关键技术进行了深入的研究。主要研究内容与研究成果如下:
,根据风扇叶片的曲面特点,选择高效快速的测量
设备 ATOS 光学扫描仪对风扇进行数据采集,得到其三角网格模型;
,较为深入地研究了三角网格简化、孔洞修复等数据处理技术,提
出了基于曲率的分段孔洞填充方法;
Pro/ENGINEER 为软件平台,对基于 Pro/E 的逆向造型技术进行了研究。提出了将
过渡曲面特征提取方法用于叶片特征线提取中,对数据处理后的叶片模型进行重新造型,得到
了叶片的自由曲面。并对重构的叶片曲面进行光顺性和精度分析;
,运用 软件对重构的叶片实体进行模态分析。
并在此基础上,对叶片造型方法进行改进与再分析。通过前后分析结果对比,得到了力学性能
优化,振动降低的叶片模型。

ABSTRACT
Reverse engineering is one of the important technologies of making rapid manufacture and
innovation research, it can change design idea into the prototype quickly and precisely or
manufacture the product directly, then we can evaluate and modify the design quickly. Reverse
engineering is not only the imitation about the product, but also the innovation about the product. In
this paper, the author take the automobile cool fan as the object of research and make a deep research
about the key technology of surface reconstruction and so on in the reverse engineering. The main
research content and achievements are as followings:
1. Compare with several ways of data measurements. Based on the trait of vane, take ATOS as
the measure device which has the high efficiency to obtain triangle mesh model.
2. This paper research the simplification method and hole covering of triangle mesh based on the
mesh model of vane, and put forward the subsection hole fill based on curvature.
3. Take the software Pro/ENGINEER as the platform , study reverse restyle of vane base on
Pro/E, and put forward the way of extraction of blend surface feature, and reconstruction on
the triangular mesh vane, then get the free surface . At last, check the smooth and precision of
vane.
